Bill Kiowa, after serving a five year prison sentence, wants revenge on Elfego, the man who murdered his Indian wife and had him arrested for robbery, and in the meantime has become the vicious ringleader of the Comancheros. Kiowa hires four gunmen and goes in the hunt of the outlaw leader. When Elfego and his gang rob a Wells Fargo coach, Bill and his men are hot on their trail in the hope of carrying out those plans for revenge.
