Spaghetti Western Locations

Continuing with locations for “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly”. After finally crossing Langstone bridge, Tuco and Blondie continue their trek to Sad Hill Cemetery and the buried $200,000. They pass through the remains of the battle field from the day before and the Confederate camp. Sad Hill is on the opposite side of the plateau seen beyond the bridge. The problem is there are no direct routes from the bridge to the remains of the cemetery. You have to drive around the plateau. You have to drive to Contreras and look for a sign post stating Santo Doming de Silos. Follow this dirt road and you will eventually find a marker erected by Tuco Tours stating “Sad Hill Cemetery”. The road is the same one used by Eli Wallach and Clint Eastwood on their walk to Sad Hill.
